SHIPPING

All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.
Orders will be shipped as soon as possible. This generally means by Friday the week in which your order was placed unless otherwise noted.
A flat rate of $6.00 is charged for all orders.
International shipping rates can be requested by contacting me directly.
For custom orders, I will notify the buyer of the estimated shipping date at the time of order confirmation.
If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.
We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
If you would like to pick your order up in Oakland, CA, please email me directly.

RETURNS

Every effort is made to best represent the product through photos and description. Please review the details before purchasing to make sure the product is right for you.
Returns are discouraged, however, I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please email me at directly if you would like to return your purchase and include the reason.
Items must be in their original, unused condition.
Buyer will be responsible for return shipping
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on custom orders.

EXCHANGES

If you would like the exchange your purchase for something else (excluding custom orders), you may do so within 2 weeks from the original date of purchase.
Items must be in their original, unused condition.
Buyer will be responsible for return shipping & cost of shipping a new item.

TRANSACTIONS

We reserve the right to request further identification for credit card processing on any order you place. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same user account, credit card, and/or orders that use the same address information. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact info provided when the order was placed.
