RETURNS

We are a very small business and returns are a pain, but we want to make sure you like your item. If you have questions about anything prior to purchasing - sizing, quality, colors, etc. - please email info@claflinthayer.com and we'd be happy to help you. Response time is typically quick.

We accept returns on eligible, in-stock items within 10 days of purchase. To make a return, email info@claflinthayer.com and provide your order number, order date, and reason for return and we'll send you a return shipping label. Once the returned item is received, we'll issue you a refund in the original form of payment, minus a $10 return shipping & restocking fee.

All returned merchandise must be unused & unworn with original packing slip included. No price adjustments will be given. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and restock fee.
